
My Proven Sauna Routine for Unstoppable Energy and Focus

It's my personal 30 minute hot-cold sauna routine, and today, I want to share it with you step by step.
First, you spend 30 minutes in the sauna (180-200F in a regular sauna, 140-155F in an infrared sauna), broken down like this:
2 minutes each leg: Couch stretch for quads and hip flexors
2 minutes each leg: Hamstring stretch
2 minutes each side: Elevated pigeon pose for hips
2 minutes: Frog stretch for inner thighs and groin
2 minutes each leg: Single-leg calf stretch
8 minutes: Neck stretches (2 minutes each for front, back, and sides)
Then, immediately after, take a 5-minute cold plunge.
The contrast between the intense heat of the sauna and the shocking cold of the plunge works wonders for reducing inflammation, flushing out toxins, and priming your body and mind for peak performance.
In fact, it's this exact routine that's allowed me to stay at the top of my game this week, even in the face of some seriously demanding circumstances.
Tomorrow, I'm catching an early flight to New Orleans to walk a multi-million dollar property with my real estate mentors & business partners, Alfio Bardolla and Justin C Mosely.
Then, on Sunday, we're back to Florida to view several more properties we're in the process of acquiring.
