Hey Supercharged Entrepreneurs,
I'm here in Florida dodging hurricanes writing this email to you. Luckily, for me it's largely missing West Palm Beach but my thoughts and prayers go to those who aren't so luck.
As you probably suspect, it is possible to BLOW past $1mil a month in a few short months.
(Rather than a long hard slog that only 1.7% of businesses ever reach, according to U.S. Census Bureau's 2019 Annual Business Survey).
But, to achieve EXTRA-ORDINARY results, you must take actions that are OUT OF THE ORDINARY.

Over the past few days, I've shared how to upgrade your physiology and mindset to prime yourself for the million-a-month leap.
Today we're talking about how to truly know yourself and find your best application in business.
Let me tell you about my friend James Swanwick, founder of Swanwick Sleep and CEO of Project90.
James is currently on track to hit $1mil a month in the next couple of months, pulling in between $600k-$900k monthly.
How?
By playing to his strengths.
Here's the deal...
James knows, from personality testing, he's a 'PROMOTER'.
He's great at getting in front of a camera and promoting a cause he believes in.
Like me, he was trained in marketing by Tai Lopez and learned sales from an ex-Tony Robbins sales director.
But here's the thing:
James knows he's NOT good at tech, operations, or HR.
So what did James do?
He picked A-players to handle everything he's WEAK at, including hiring my past client Jeremy Haynes to run his ads.
This frees James up to focus on what he does best - promoting and growing his business.
This isn't just about delegating.
It's about truly understanding your strengths and weaknesses, then structuring your entire business around them.
So how do you figure out where your strengths lie?
Here's what I use with my $Mil-A-Month clients:
Gallup StrengthsFinder: Identifies your top 5 natural talents
Myers-Briggs: Reveals your decision-making and communication style
Enneagram: Uncovers your core motivations and potential blindspots
These aren't your average personality tests.
They're powerful tools that can reshape how you approach your business.
For example, James discovered he was a 'PROMOTER'.
This insight allowed him to:
Focus on creating content and being the face of his brands
Hire experts for areas outside his wheelhouse
Structure his day around high-impact promotional activities
The result?
He's knocking on the door of $1mil a month.
Now, you might be thinking,
"But Mark, I'm not a natural promoter like James."
That's the beauty of this approach.
Maybe you're a systems wizard, a sales savant, or a visionary strategist.
The key is identifying YOUR unique strengths and building your business around them.
Here's a quick exercise you can do right now:
List the 3 business activities you enjoy the most
Note which tasks seem to fly by when you're doing them
Recall the compliments you most often receive about your work
These can give you clues about where your natural strengths lie.
Remember, the path to $1mil a month isn't about doing everything yourself.
It's about doing what you do best and surrounding yourself with people who excel where you don't.
